Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return your unaltered order within 30 days of the original sales date. You will be given a full refund minus the shipping charge.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

• All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• All fabric must be returned in its original shipping condition without alteration, washing or cutting.
• Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it was our mistake.
• A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package.

Please note that we are unable to offer claims of any kind after the 30 day time frame has expired or merchandise has been altered.
